Terms & Conditions - By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to our 🕒 Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. 🚗 Travel & Scheduling: Travel and fuel are included within the Sussex area. In some cases, we may need to adjust your appointment time or date to coordinate travel routes alongside other clients already booked in. If this is necessary, we’ll contact you in advance to rearrange. ❌ Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. 💳 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. 📧 Confirmation: Once payment is received, you’ll receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp. 🐾 Report & Plan: The written report and structured plan are provided only to clients who continue with a course.
